
Monday: 5:30-6:30 PM – Step Aerobics at McDermont ($3)
Tuesday: 6:00-7:00 AM – Water aerobics/Lap swim at the Lindsay pool ($3)
6:30-7:30 AM – Walk and Strength Training at McDermont ($3). Please bring weights if you have them.
6:00-7:00 PM Yoga at The Rock ($5). Please bring yoga mat and or towel.
Wednesday: 5:30-6:30 AM – Step Aerobics at McDermont ($3)
8:30-9:30 AM – Walk-N-Stroll at McDermont (Strollers are Welcome) ($3)
Thursday: 8:30-9:30 AM – Walk-n-Stroll at McDermont (Strollers are Welcome) ($3)
Friday: 6:00-7:00 AM – Water Aerobics/Lap Swim at the Lindsay Pool ($3)
8:00-10:00 AM – Cost $5 (1 hour) $8 (2 hours)30 minutes on Step/Kick Boxing/Hip Hop/Yoga
July aerobic passes are available at McDermont Field House for $25. That covers the entrance fee for all aerobic classes, including Cardio Blast, the pool, and yoga for the entire month.
