Is your facility air conditioned?
Unfortunately, our facility is not fully air conditioned. Our party rooms and fitness center are air conditioned.
Do you donate passes or baskets for auctions, raffles and other events?
Yes we do! Please fill out this form with information and we will get back to you.
I found an old arcade card. Does it expire? Can I check the balance?
Arcade cards, points and the tickets, do not expire! Give us a call, tell us the barcode on the back and we can check your balance.
Can I use my arcade card to purchase admission?
The balance on arcade cards can only be used for arcade games and laser tag. The balance on membership cards can be used for admission. If you are unsure if you have an arcade card or a membership card, please give us a call and we can help you.
The fitness center opens before the front doors, how do I get in?
Since the fitness center opens as early as 5am, members can enter through the X-Fit door on the side of the building, near the parking lot. Once the front door opens, the X-Fit door is locked so there is only one entrance and one exit.
Do we need to make reservations? Can we purchase admission in advance?
Reservations are not required, and admission can only be purchased the day of. Be sure to familiarize yourself with our hours of operation.
Google says you are closed Sunday through Thursday. Is that true?
Our posted Google hours are for our attractions like FlowRider, rockwall and laser tag. Our membership desk, fitness center, courts and fields are open throughout the week. More information on those hours can be found here.
Are the bounce houses available?
July-April our bounce house availability varies from week to week. During that time, we typically have two or three smaller bounce houses available, only staffed when requested. To enquire about a specific date, please contact us.
Are you accepting applications?
Email your résumé to Operations Manager Alfredo Velasco at avelasco@mcdermontx.com and when we do a hiring event we will contact people from their résumés.
